For purposes of this Agreement, “Site” refers to the RiverTree Communications website, which can be accessed at rivertree.com or through mobile applications.
“Service” refers to RiverTree Communication’s publication or any media accessed via the Site, in which users can read, review, download, or search for information.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RiverTree Communications, also known as RiverTree.
“You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect “Personal Information” and “Non-Personal Information.” Personal Information may include your name, email, contact information, and billing information for posting real estate, which you submit to us through a registration process. Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit, and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and the number of clicks.
Information collected via Technology
RiverTree may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them, while session cookies expire when you close your browser. For example, we may store a persistent cookie to track usage.
The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 18. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18, or allow anyone under the age of 18 to sign up for any Service.
HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION

HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION
